Following occupation of the new build school – the former building is being demolished under separate works package by PP O’Connor.

We will continue to complete all available areas external to the safe demolition boundary whilst this operation is ongoing.

Completion of footpaths (both bitmac / flagged / blockpaved & self binding gravel). Insitu concrete radius seat walls will be formed alongside the planet trail with a few more timber seats to be installed. Ducting and chambers will be extended to accommodate the new external lighting and CCTV provision. New MUGA pitches will be raised to levels to allow specialist to complete.

Extensive use of timber sleepers to create low level planer beds within the allotment area. Other notable operations are the construction of a timber bird hide and completion of remaining trim trail climbing equipment.

Staff car park will be completed with surface water drainage and bypass separator installed prior to final connection onto the attenuation tank outfall.
